Did you know that #Shinzo Abe's grandfather was known as a #monster?
This is a 19-point #thread on the tumultuous years during & after #WW2 from Japan's POV, on the #problem of #US peace-keeping efforts & on Japan's ongoing nepotism issues.
16/ This led to the #largest demonstration in Japanese history. Kishi meanwhile, was pressured to resign. He considered using the #Yakuza to tame the crowds, but eventually gave up.
And here is another one! I love going for 100% in these games, it's honestly kind of relaxing and fun! For the most part. Every game has some BS minigame that takes way too long, but it never feels impossible. This was one of the easier ones so far.
Another Yakuza 100% done! 0 was definitely harder than Kiwami, but Kiwami had more tedium in it. Thank God for Tiger Drop. On to Kiwami 2! Which shouldn't take too long, the only minigame I left incomplete back in 2019 was mahjong.
I don't really like what they did gameplay wise after Yakuza 6, but it was definitely a fun experience.
The story though was great as always. I cried like a little baby in the last cutscene and just want to hug Kiryu now.
Kind of curious how his story continues as it should've ended with Yakuza 6. And Like a Dragon Gaiden. And I guess in Infinite Wealth this will also be the theme…
I love Kiryu and I love to spend more time with him. But please Ryū Ga Gotoku Studios let Kiryu rest. Let him find peace and of all let him back to where he belongs.
And now: The final chapter of #LikeADragonGaiden. Looking forward to see how the Kiryu saga ends again. 😅 (Still mad after finishing Yakuza 6, that they brought him back. He had his ending. Let him rest.)
Aller ! Je me lance vraiment dans Yakuza Kiwami 2. C'est fou le gap technique entre Kiwami 1 et le 2. On sent le Dragon Engine à l'œuvre. Les combats sont plus chouettes aussi niveau sensation.

Leading up to Infinite Wealth, which we are covering, we will be finishing up our reviews of the #Yakuza series with recommended settings on the #SteamDeck.
