What a cruel system #Fedivision2024 is for someone as indecisive as myself. Plus, my musical preferences are so mood and situation dependent, so this could have turned out very differently if I had voted another time...
Anyhow, the three tracks that stood out for me during today's travel listening marathon, and which I have therefore chosen, were:

Finally finished listening to all the #fedivision2024 entries (and you should too https://fedivision.party). All of the songs had lots of talent, though here are my top ten categorized (badly) in no particular order:

“Misaligned Aardvarks” is prog rock insanity. Totally great. Ride that pitch wheel, lead-synth player! Inspiring stuff! (As in, inspiring me to get loopier in my songwriting and also add more shredding guitar solos).

OK, the #FediVision vote has genuinely been stressing me out all week - I realise this is ridiculous, but there we are.
So I'm just going to vote for three off my shortlist. Not quite at random, but otherwise I will go insane.
I'm not going to say who, either.
But next year.. I dunno. I think we need a different way? I just don't know what. More votes? 10% of the total entries? Something, anything to make it easier.
This is my thread about the #fedivision2024 songs that caught my attention. I'm giving my honest opinion for the reviews. Even though I can be a bit critical about music I really enjoyed all those songs!
