TBH the 4th panel doesn't work well, because the two words mainly address #citizens on their home soil.
IMO, people expressing their #nationality extra-nationally:
If the host citizens oppose your actions, you're doing #imperialism.
If they like having you there, that's ... globalism? Edit, no the correct term is [#internationalism.]

As a Scot there are few things that wind me up about the #RoyalFamily as much as Prince Charles or rather #KingCharles as he is now insisting on wearing a #kilt so much in Scotland.
