I don't actually understand what's happening on Parrin Lane. The 35 bus has been stuck here for thirty-five minutes and has moved all of five doors down the street. Throughout that time the right-hand lane has been mostly empty, the oncoming traffic being two or three cars a minute. I'm assuming there's roadworks in Monton with a single lane filter controlled by a red light on a timer.
