Today, I'll be conducting more experiments with snac2. Until yesterday, I had been running it with 16 threads.
Today, I'll try with 32 to observe the load and how it responds when posting while simultaneously using the web interface. With 16 threads, there was a (slight) slowdown during queue processing; let's see if things change with 32.
I'll also delve into some more niche aspects - I've noticed a couple of details regarding boosts that don't always seem to be displayed by Mastodon (a behavior I've also encountered on Pixelfed).
I'll investigate.

Die Suche auf Mastodon ist - für mich - kaputt :-( .

Ich weiß schon, dass das - Volltextsuche - ein Feature ist, viele(sich das gewünscht haben);

aber ich hätte gern das alte Verhalten zurück: durchsucht werden (nur) meine Beiträge und die, die ich gestern oder gefavt hab.
Kann ich das irgendwie erreichen?

Is it just me, or do you see that too? When using the #Mastodon #WebInterface, if you click on a follower the "Follows You" badge at the top left of the profile view (above their avatar) is black text on a nearly-black background?

That's probably not optimal.

Die Nachteile von Threads: Datenschutzprobleme in der EU (und somit noch kein offizieller Release) und fehlende Browser-Unterstützung auf dem Desktop.

Hoffentlich werden diese Punkte bald verbessert.

Ist eigentlich bekannt, dass es sehr schicke und gute Alternativen zum Webinterface der eigenen Mastodon-Instanz gibt?

Ähnlich wie bei Tweetdeck für Twitter gibt es auch hier die Möglichkeit, sich eine deutlich andere Oberfläche im Browser anzeigen zu lassen.

Zumindest diese drei Webclients für Mastodon solltet ihr mal ausprobieren:
