I don't know coding well, but I do know "We removed our Terms of Service from view because it didn't get enough traffic" is a clear indicator of "Do Not Trust These People Or Build On Their Stuff; Fucking Run".

Even if true (and the chances of that are damned low), it indicates a deep and severe rot.

@LeviKornelsen Plus the CEO going "I was surprised to receive negative feedback about the removal of our TOS/EULA from the Git Repository because until that moment I didn't even know we HAD a Git Repository' someone is either naive, lying or a combination of both.

Neither bodes well for the organisational structure and internal knowledge setup of the company

This made me think of a fantasy magic weapon.

"Kazoo of Distraction. "

You blow it at a target and that's all they can hear unless they make a (in D&D) will/concentration - or system eqivalent- saving throw.

They don't just hear a single kazoo though, they hear a football stadiums worth of kazzoos.

Sound continues until they black out or until you blow the kazoo at them again.

Surreal cruelty.

@RogerBW vuvuzelas are quite long.

The bit I find amusing is that normally a Kazoo is relatively small.

To have someone whip out such a seemingly small and innocuous device which then deals such a devastating (outsized) attack is what makes it funneh and surreal.

Stating that any Indie TTRPG is 'doomed to fail' because it will never outsell D&D and/or Pathfinder is like saying that the limited edition Artisanal Soda I make in my garage* shouldn't be made at all, because it will never outsell Pepsi / Coca-Cola.

It doesn't need to outsell those things to be successful.

It just needs to find an audience who likes Artisanal Soda!

[* Just a simile. I don't make Artisanal Soda. Making foodstuffs in a home garage, for others to consume, is probably unwise..]

@pteryx it depends very much on the creators aims and type of game.

I know solo games devs on itchio who mark success as "game was finished and uploaded to itch", or people who make solo games who feel "if even five people find and play this and it makes them happy it was successful."

Not every game has commercial aims. Not every game is designed for group play.

I know that most YouTubers are "playing adversaries with the popularity algorithm" it just all blinkered sometimes.

TLDR: Which 3D Software has most friendly GUI for beginners?

Long:
I want to paint a wooden box with a hinged lid

I need to model box in a form of 3d modelling software so I can try out diff colour schemes before painting

(Paper/cardboard mock-ups are not working for my design brain atm)

Running Debian with KDE

Gonna hafta learn the 3d software, so! - Which has the most friendly GUI for beginners?

@DemocracySpot also as someone who lives in the UK I too have learned it's best not to show disinterest or dislike for Football (soccer).

I don't really care for team sports at all. I get my Tribalism fix in other ways but some people just cannot understand why I might not enjoy 'the national game'.
