I don't like to make a constant huge deal of it because the world concentrates too much on numbers and the baggage around them, and constant running totals are probably bad all up, but this morning I hit a 30kg weight loss.

What are some numbers in your field that anyone else in the field would identify without even thinking about it, but folk outside may have no idea. Just the numbers, no explanations. Yet.

@lusrangifer Gods yeah. This smells so bad from overheating transmission if it burnt nobody in the street would think it anything odd.
I suspect an electrical issue now, really. It did have mice in it when it was a farm car - its main issue is it pulls forward hard when stopped at lights, in drive. Still idles at the right RPM, but it's like the transmission is always fully in gear. despite multiple replacements, including torque converters.

I've really let a few personal hobbies lapse - as in they're still sitting where they were 3 weeks ago. I think they're things I did less because I liked them, and more because they were some of the few things I could really deep-dive into and manufacture focus. That's probably still developing though.
Other aspects of the same thing I'm hammering into like mad. Is it too late to move from print/art into palaeontology?
