Our government spends more money propping up fossil fuels than it does on housing.

Subsidies for fossil fuel producers are at $14.5 billion per year.

Social housing gets a little over $6 billion per year.

It's all about choices, and in this case we are choosing to increase homelessness and to pay to fry the planet.

    I think we should read 'direct negotiations ' as meaning making absolutely certain that Israel has exactly what it wants.

    Allowing parties to have their own input can be very awkward to say the least.

    Best we follow precedent and make some rules and draw some borders in London or new York.

    After all this sort of process has worked so well in the past.

    I used writing by hand as a mnemonic device with adolescents gaining literacy late. Writing by hand requires the use of a part of the brain not utilised in typing. It requires involvement at a great depth.
