This trial hasn't even started yet, not one witness. Yet...

I'm getting Doomers galore in my feed.

A Trumpy helped convict him in an earlier trial.

The prosecutors are vetting the jurors carefully.

I am not Dooming. Not yet.

Can we wait for the trial to be in full swing before predicting the worst possible outcome? Or do people thrive on constant pessimism? I just don't.

Attorneys for were in NY appeals court Monday in 11th-hour bid to try to delay his impending criminal trial on charges he falsified business records related to hush $ payments/interference.

Lawyers filed papers at the state Appellate Division arguing the trial should be pushed back while Trump challenges a partial gag order against him and argues the setting of the trial in Manhattan would be unfair, a source with direct knowledge of the action

@GottaLaff Can’t argue with that. It just seems like he’s getting deferential treatment unlike other individuals charged with lesser offences. Nonetheless, I do suppose the rule of law, like its twin justice, must necessarily provide mechanisms to avoid injustice even if susceptible to abuse by actors acting malafide.

With yet another stellar jobs report, Joe Biden has created over 14 million jobs since taking office. Over 800,000 of those have been in manufacturing. Joe Biden is focused on building an economy from the bottom up and the middle out, the way it should be. Voters should be giving him credit, but they are being poisoned by a media environment that creates false equivalencies with Republicans—who, by the way, have a terrible record for job creation compared to Democrats.
