Does somebody know of a small, static (no malloc/free), stand-alone implementation for Ed448 suitable for embedded systems? Should be licensed BSD, MIT or compatible (no GPL/LGPL/AGPL).

So far libecc looks far to bloated for my purpose. Preferably optimized for ARMv7 MCUs and tiny footprint.

Can I just say that I have created releases "the way" since the 90s: I generate the release tarballs on my machine. It makes the tarball have (generated) files included that are not present in git. It's a feature. But it also makes it harder for observers to figure out if the additional files are fine or not.

Angenommen ich würde für ein IoT-Projekt, welches NICHT, bzgl. nicht regelmäßig (tw. >6 Monate am Stück offline) mit dem Internet verbunden ist eine WebUI bauen wollen, was wären sinnvolle Möglichkeiten um ein WebUI zu bauen? Das Gerät hat einen mit mDNS auflösbaren Namen.

  1. Sollte das WebUI TLS haben?
  2. Wenn ja, woher nehm ich das Zertifikat?
