I want to try my hand at learning how to service a watch movement. Apparently pocket watches are easier to start on as they’re bigger. Managed to pick up this beautiful 1950s Smiths Empire watch from eBay.

Crazy thing is it only cost a few £ more than a F-91W. 🤯

I am about to finish my internship and I don't know what to do now. I wanted a position that is not available at the moment and the ones available pay well but I don't want to do them. It's among the best paid stuff in my location but it's also something I don't particularly care about.

I don't know if I should just let go and seek something else in my field, or just take a position I don't really like and get money, and wait for the position I actually want

My sister wasn't feeling so good, a grasp on her throat and feeling a little bit of fever...had to take her to the hospital... temperature 37.3 C°...checked for COVID...thank God it's negative... now she needs to check everything else...

@gamingonlinux this is ridiculous...what if I have 10 devices and install on those the same game? I won't risk anything, but the devs hate going bankrupt? I think this is something that they have to rethink... what about free-to-play games, like genshin impact? Not that I care about the game or the company, but I mean, I think they will l definitely say something about that...

@jmcs @gamingonlinux they can prevent me to be connected simultaneously, how can they prevent me to install it? The game is basically a zip file and at the extraction there is everything it needs, game, maps, model, anticheat, you name it... I just need to open the game once to ping unity to their server, if it works like that...

@jmcs @gamingonlinux also think about the phone installs... similar concept, they can't prevent me to install their game on multiple devices...it's not their phone...it doesn't run "cognoverse" or "whatever their name is" OS...

We are talking like steam or epic out any other platform where you can buy games doesn't exist... We are taking like people don't have account... people change phone or PCs multiple times...not accounts...imagine buying the same game 500 times...
