Very good summary of today's appeal.

"It felt almost as if someone senior in the US wanted to stop the case ever coming to trial but didn’t want the embarrassment of withdrawing the extradition request"

Finally!
The International Criminal Court has applied for arrest warrants for the leaders of Hamas in Gaza & for President Netanyahu and his defence minister Yoav Galant for war crimes.

This will put a very large cat among those pigeons who are enabling such war crimes.

"After seven months of enabling Israel’s large-scale destruction of Gaza...Biden finally took a step toward accountability by suspending one shipment of bombs. But within days, it became clear he would allow Israel to receive a far larger flow of weapons.

Biden will go down in history as a president who had the power to restrain Israel, but refused to use his influence effectively – and allowed the US to be complicit in a ruthless war"

Good article on the difficulty of bringing Rwanda and its officials to justice over its involvement in the war in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
Rwanda under dictator Paul Kagame has consistently refused the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court (ICC) and the International Court of Justice (ICJ) making it impossible to try any cases.

Good from Bill Mitchell on how the City of London lobbies and effectively controls government policy, even having an official parliamentary lobbyist, The Remembrancer, installed opposite the Speaker's chair.
Good too on Labour’s fear of the City and why this is wrong. Effective legislation can easily curb its power.

The Rwandan government has barred Clementine de Montjoye, a senior researcher in Human Rights Watch’s Africa division, from entering the country, prompting accusations that officials are seeking to dodge independent scrutiny just weeks before the UK government is due to send asylum seekers there for the first time.
