RIP Laurence Victoria Taranto Mercier

My mum passed away on Thursday 25 April 2024. She was found on Monday 29 April. She died in her bed, in her sleep, and didn’t suffer. I don’t remember when I last spoke to her. Probably over a year ago. The last time I wrote about her, 8 months ago, to put into words that I had finally given up hope to get along with her, we had stopped speaking to each other 6 or so months prior.

Je suis rentrée cette nuit du séjour dans #LaCreuse

On a eu de la pluie 4 jours sur 6. J’ai casé une session de jogging + crochet rando rivière de 7 et 5 km, un tour à vélo de 20 km avorté pour cause de pluie et grêle (mes chaussures trempées ont mis 4 jours à sécher), une rando de 14 km suivie d’un jogging en descente de 5 km, un tour de vélo route de 50 km avec juste un peu de pluie, et une marche de 5 et le retour en courant.

Et j’ai l’impression d’avoir pas assez profité !

Cows in La Creuse are really curious. They largely ignore cars but walk or cycle past them and they will come closer and or follow you as you go! 🥰

Mise au point pas terrible sur la 1e (mon appareil est vieux et a du mal), mais on distingue clairement les bandes roses.
Sur la 2e c'est déjà bien atténué, mais la mise au point est mieux.
