@cheeaun I added it to my app but just like on Elk it's not very interesting, most of the conversations are just single posts. I was wondering if I should just ignore it, like the endorsements API (what happened to that?)

@cheeaun Elk and my app show the same thing, only direct mentions that I sent to myself for testing. I don't converse much on that account (iosdev.space) but I think the conversations API isn't getting everything.

@BonnettsBooks I moved to the Salt Lake City area last summer and have been coming back to Vegas once a month but somehow I missed the whole Formula 1 thing. I only just saw a reference to problems in this article

@BonnettsBooks Vegas is generally pretty bad about this. When I lived downtown they completely redid one of the streets next to my building and the end result was beautiful but instead of doing a segment at a time they'd dig up one block and move on to some other area and not return for weeks, so they shut down the whole street for months and some businesses gave up and shut down.

One of the storiest stories I’ve ever heard: when Laos was being bombed into oblivion during the Vietnam war, an Aussie photojournalist sought asylum for his Laotian girlfriend in Thailand by.. scuba diving with her from Laos. They were sharing a breath at a time in the Mekong until they got to Thailand. Then he was put in a Thai prison (the prime minister pardoned him).

Today their child is a leading Thai actor, and a movie was made of them called ‘Love is Forever’

I just saw an Asian food post on Instagram which had the disclaimer: "shows fish heads and a whole chicken". It's so ridiculous that real food requires such a disclaimer, as if people would be hurt by seeing people eat whole fish with heads and whole chickens. (Well, maybe vegans. But if you're vegan and you already know it's not a vegan account then just don't follow it.) That's what happens when people don't know where their food comes from.
