> Corazza said. "Like, you can say, 'Okay, we are exploiting, you know, child labour,' right? Or, you can say: we are offering people anywhere in the world the capability to get a job, and even like an income. So, I can be like 15 years old, in Indonesia, living in a slum, and then now, with just a laptop, I can create something, make money and then sustain my life.
Does anyone know wtf is going on with #roblox? My kid adores those games but it's been glitching out something awful lately. She had items she bought with robux disappear from her account and when hubby tried logging in to play with her yesterday it kept kicking him. He had to create a new account
it just keeps happening. Just read an article about some tech company demanding people return to the office "or else," and without fail it turns out they just signed a large lease for property.
Earlier this year it was (ironically) Zoom, now Roblox today (both public companies).
🫠 Roblox tells employees they have to come to office three days a week or take severance package

「 David Baszucki, Roblox's founder and CEO, told employees in a memo on Tuesday that remote workers have until mid-January to decide whether they want to starting coming into the office from Tuesday through Thursday, adding that relocation expenses will be provided if needed 」
I like #Roblox voice chat because it allows for you to have more natural conversations with people, and I completely understand people not wanting to give some crucial information to a company like Roblox.
This, on the other hand, is going too far. It gives no real benefit, and I have a feeling they'll switch up their privacy policy later to revert that second statement. Or worse, do it in secret and get into a nasty lawsuit if someone finds out.
Makes sense. The problem with external sites is that they don't observe the same safety standards that Rōblox does.
Taking from my experience, your demographics will vary by which games you play. Adopt Me attracts younger players and Phantom Forces attracts adolescents. No ID req'd.
The education system in the US has structural problems. Who's to say parents aren't responsible for raising their children and instilling into them an understanding of the world outside of home?
