@Imperor Well, it's not exactly my case because I'm a thin guy of 70kg, but a girl friend weighs more than 120kg and the chair worked perfectly. But I understand.
@adriano That's reassuring, I see they got a similar one that's a rocking chair and that looks a bit more promising, I'll take it into the closer selection!

@Imperor@adriano I have an older version of that same chair and used to sit on it in awkward, physics-challenging positions when I was younger — no problem whatsoever.
Talking about Ikea armchairs, Strandmon is also a solid choice. From what I remember it’s not too expensive (but they take much of your money if you also buy the matching ottoman, which of course you will do)
