@tunetardis At least it looks like there's quite a lot from previous DLCs included already. Trams, seasons (not in Skylines 1 but the Snowfall dlc added snow).. Not sure what else.. :) It actually seems pretty solid when it comes to the feature set
Apparently Youtube user "two dollars twenty" was the one who made the city in the trailer. He posted a video describing his thoughts on actually playing the game, which was a really good watch for something concrete.
All I want this to do is better traffic management and less slow downs in the late game, honestly. Everything else was already kinda great in the first one.
@AlteredStateBlob I watched Biffa's breakdown of the trailer yesterday. It seems like they've broken down traffic into separate heatmaps for Flow and Volume, and the game seems to be running like the Real Time mod, so traffic flow will change throughout the day/night cycle. It looks like traffic management is gonna be more complex in CS2...
Would be fantastic and I sure hope they manage it. I don't really trust trailer breakdowns or anything like that, it's usually just conjecture on highly polished marketing material that's rarely representative of the actual state the game will release in. Call me jaded, but I'll simply have to wait and see.
