Only they were wrong twice:

The judge paused trial til Tue, on Trump's motion, over Carroll's objection; then he extended it until Wed, again on Trump's motion, over Carroll's objection

You have to accept as a matter of fact that Donald Trump sexually assaulted & defamed E. Jean Carroll.

Glenn Kirschner reiterated the fact that Trump sexually assaulted & defamed Carroll.
