Wow, #Bottles is incredible. Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions is an old game that is pretty hard to get running these days. Even on modern versions of Windows, it has it's issues. A few months ago, I struggled to get it running with Wine, Proton, etc. It was not playble at all.
Tonight I just made a gaming bottle, set it to "Windows 7" compatibility mode, and installed the game. It launched immediately and runs with basically no issues (a couple small framedrops during the heavy scene transitions in the tutorial level). This is really impressive.
I will have to do some more experimentation, but #Linux might be the place to play old #Windows games now. 0.o
