@rolle quite interesting. I’ve had most of these for quite some time now, as I’m running #glitch, and didn’t realise they weren’t out on vanilla mastodon yet.
@rolle how about the ability to make follows included in a list not show up on the home timeline? I know it was merged but I don't know if it's included for release.
@rolle but «private» here is highly misleading since it will be perceived as «protected from possible peeks (usually) via encryption» or something while it most definitely is not, and this has to be stressed as to avoid possible errors and dissappointments.
how much sense does that new wording make now taking that into account?
@rolle do you think there will be a day when you “win” i.e. when the official client has adopted all your changes, and you won’t need to maintain bird ui anymore?
@rolle Any chance you could show it to us without the custom UI enabled? It's hard for me to see what actually changed considering the UI you have enabled moves a lot around already
@rolle I don't understand why you'd make this post then, if your primary goal is to advertise your UI.
Your UI is massively different from mainline mastodon, not only are your elements on different sides, your buttons are rounded off and the design for feeds looks different with less contrast.
