Three leaders have agreed to establish a "communications channel," says #ROK President Yoon at Camp David. This is apparently the "hotline" to which President Biden mentioned in his remarks.
The international rule of law is in crisis due to the invasion of #Ukraine by #Russia, the effort by #China to change the status quo in the South China Sea and the threats from the #DPRK, says Prime Min. Kishida.
"The way is open for dialogue with North Korea," says the Japanese prime minister who also notes the unresolved issue of abductions of Japanese citizens by the #DPRK.
"Friendship and trust with President Yoon should open a new era in ROK-Japan relations (which have always been frosty due to the Japanese colonization of the Korean peninsula), states Japanese Prime Minister Kishida.
"You have a great imagination. One questions becomes six," President Biden gently chides a Kyodo News reporter. "I'm glad I didn't have you as my law professor."
"Any provocations or attacks against any one of our three countries will trigger a decision-making process of this trilateral framework," says #ROK President Yoon.
"We also shared our recognition that the path to dialogue with North Koream" says the Prime Minister of Japan, Fumio Kishida at Camp David trilat summit news conference.

this is a transparent attempt to do as much damage to korea as possible (the junior "partner" in this most unbalanced of three-ways) before his party gets smashed in the next election.
