@seldo@shyra As someone who has been diagnosed with PTSD caused by an out-of-the-blue layoff last November (literally days before we were told by our SVP that our department was "fine" and "secure" with our jobs; 95% of the layoffs were from our department), all I can say is F*** Salesforce and any company that does this.
And to even try to play it off as humor with the whole boomerang stuff. OMG, why?!?
@seldo basically we laid off a bunch of people for a short term stock gain, made some money, and now we've got to hire people back so we can do it again next time. 🤦♂️
@seldo Pretty sure 90% of being a senior leader is just looking around and seeing what the other cool kids are doing. It's middle school cafeteria rules basically...
