If you have an embarrassing problem that you're too embarrassed to go see a doctor about - GO SEE THE DOCTOR. Just do it.

Proctologists aren't embarrassed. They're up arseholes all day every day. Yours isn't unusually embarrassing or special.

Same for any other snigger-inducing body part. They've seen it all, and yours isn't that unusual.
