Not easily. There are viewers but they tend to be very technical (such as https://github.com/dizzy-labs/mastodon-archive-viewer).

You can manually boost toots on your new account, but there's no automated way of doing this.

However, there is an alternative Fediverse platform called Firefish which does let you upload archive files and these are reposted as new posts. (This will not replace the old posts though, they will stay on the old server if you don't delete the old account.)

Actually, I think, I am going to try with the viewer, you mentioned, as reposting everything was not what I had in mind.

Copy & paste selected toots is all I need.

OK, the script's output is a bit buggy, doesn't do any threading and works very poorly with media, but it's a very good start.

I will look into the code. If I can improve on it somehow, I'm gonna make some suggestions to the owner.
