@Neverfadingwood Honestly Kanbans are super useful especially if you're a person that works on digital tasks like programmers and such, they've also become more used by other people thanks to websites like Trello and Nextcloud's Deck feature that brought these concepts to the masses. I find that a lot of people that adapt them tend to fill them up with WIP stuff though because of that Multi-Procrasti-Tasking

@Neverfadingwood haha yea it's hard to find a good balance between keeping track of things and it being a chore to constantly keep up to date.
I'm still pretty random, but especially after I started creating my own systems to augment these features and make a lot of the data automatically available when I work on things, I got more into it.
I also use these scripts to actually manage my stuff and e.g folders with PDF files and small notes:
