This is false. One Rasputin in particular is an outlier. If you are mistakenly reported as dying in Russia, when you turn out alive they have to give you a new birth certificate.
@lowqualityfacts originally the director wanted the character to be called Rasputin but the studio thought it would be too confusing for the audience given the number of Rasputin's in the seats so they went with Beetlejuice instead.
