I did a spoken word thing about how fucked up the whole Rudolf story is. It went real dark
"Hikers discovered the body of Blitzen in a remoted wooded area, The medical examiner said the body had been badly beaten In what appears to be a related story police discovered a grisly scene at the Comet residence. . . . "

It's Princes Quay in Hull. Going by the floor tiles it's at least one refurbishment ago. Probably mid-2010s, though the original could be as old as the 90s.
