i hope folks pay attention..

this won't be record breaking cold for places like Chicago or Minneapolis.

but people in Oklahoma and Texas are going to feel the bite of this one.

Forecasts like this make me think every house/apartment should have every bit of insulation, weatherstripping, double-pane windows that you can possibly install.
