@kfet@brettshavers I don't see how. By the time the victim is able to detect that there is a tracker, the abuser has already gotten the information they want ( the victim's location).
@janetlogan@brettshavers@SwiftOnSecurity I assume in that case the person set it up with the post office. I remember being annoyed we would still get mail for the previous owner of our house. Then I realized they probably didn't want all this crap.
@brettshavers@SwiftOnSecurity I mean, if the person has set up mail forwarding with the post office, anyone can send a letter with "Return Service Requested" on it and the post office will return it to sender with the new address on it. Plus thousands of companies subscribe to an address database and get instantly notified of your new address. So, um, the tag is cunning but if you've given your sekrit address to the post office it's not sekrit anymore.
