I keep my browser's base font size a little larger by default, for my own readability's sake, and it's a great way to discover which sites assumed pixel-perfect layouts with no font size increases or reflow.

(Check the bottom right to see what I'm talking about)

@ben that’s why i don’t use that feature. I set default zoom of 125% instead

@mikemai2awesome @ben On a desktop, yes, page zoom is great. On a phone, text zoom is the way to go. And tons of sites don't handle it well.

@bbsmooth @mikemai2awesome @ben yep I'd prefer to have my mobile font a step higher than default, but it breaks too much stuff.

Some of it is browser weirdness though, rather than badly coded sites. Some. Not most, probably 😅
