@BrentToderian I fear anything Paris now does, and has been doing since 2 last years is rather in service of the Olympic games - and not realy in service of a future of living...

It looks and feels all more like a "façade" - it's an incredible irrational mess at this moment. 🤷🏽‍♂️ - we ll see.

Rapidly dropping real estate vallues might be a risky indicator ...
