Are you mad that people are suggesting men shouldn’t be able to use medication that helps them? Maybe you should get mad men are suggesting women shouldn’t have medication that helps them.
This case was about Doctors who may possibly have to treat bleeding women who took this drug. It had nothing to do with safety. It had everything to do with conscience objecting to providing medical care assisting the abortion pill. There were two doctors who want to make this pill illegal because they "may have to scrap a dead baby out of a uterus" from this pill.
There was no injury and they will not win this case. The transcript is very interesting.

I would look at the violence, harm, and absence of opportunity done to women and children where safe abortion had not been available as the alternative arguments along with ...studies, etc.
Measure the absence of the aid to prove the benefit, sts.
