@Mer__edith Someone once said that AI fanboys are basically nerds with a very limited view of the real world "inventing" things that have existed for ages --in this case, CliffsNotes.
@Mer__edith not to be supportive of space karen, but I've heard interviews with non-fiction authors who claim that publishers force them to increase the word count of their books artificially sometimes, claiming they won't really sell otherwise.
