WTL, Wednesday: 96 seconds of plank, 20 minutes of #AppleFitness strength training, then 11 minutes of yoga for runners, 5.2 km of #running (8°C), and then 26km of #cycling.
Me: Wednesdays should low-effort days.
Also me: Strength training, yoga, a close-to-all-out run, and cycling.

In my defence, I figured a short, higher intensity run probably wasn't a bad idea; nearly 11km/hr @ 166 steps/minute, and I tried to stay on the balls of my feet. This was really hard. 🤔
