It's okay! I had that very same thought too! I started looking into the luddite movement though and, well, that lead me to checking out blogs and otherwise like Disconnect, but I like this blog much better, link at end. @weirdwriter@bookstodon When it’s cases of the little guy versus the big company, chances are good that only one side can afford to run or encourage good press, so they define the story.
Remember how the “woman sues McDonald’s for hot coffee” case was used to argue that Americans are just prone to sue anyone and everybody…even though it was because of how McDonald’s refused to pay for the medical cost of dealing with 3rd degree burns and becoming disabled?
