the deciding factor turned out to be GOOGLE_FRAMEBUFFER_COREBOOT, which somehow decides it has a framebuffer at [0, 0x400FFF], says it failed to initialise it, actually initialises it with colours, and then hard-hangs
(For your easy reference: "The Star Beast" aired on 25/11/2023, BBC One, and the trans character is called Rose.)
Reply when you've done it, so we can count us all. When we get to 145, everyone... gets a free BLÅHAJ? 🦈
Edit: 2 days later, mission successful: 159 complaints/comments submitted, and still climbing! A huge thank you everyone - stay tuned for hopefully some freedom of information requests!
@lewiscowles1986 Thank you, you're #115! :) (Also, complaint numbers aren't for referring to other people's complaints, so I think probably giving you my complaint number wouldn't work!)
Exhibit #115 of 126 of my great big graphics project keyword "Innovatora" is now online.
It's still going to be processing online for an hour or two before it's fully cooked but the primary download is now available globally, and the notes, RSS and hard links have all been updated.
This exhibit is different from the previous 114 in this collection, as explained in the exhibit #115 notes.
Prior to today you had to be in one of 35 secure facilities in Canada, the US or Scotland to see this.
On slightly more positive news I'm now on the final image of exhibit #115 of 126 of my great big graphics project, keyword "Innovatora".
This exhibit is unlike the previous 114 exhibits in two important respects.
So like another couple of hours work creating the image, then compile the dataset, proof the thing and fix any dangly bits, upload it, write up the notes, wait a couple hours for remote processing, write up some new links for the title sheets and ta-da, I will have done something new.
The biggest bummer here is despite the Apple TV version of this supposedly having the original Spanish audio, the player only let me use the English dub.
