Today’s listening is ‘(Music From The Motion Picture) Magnolia’, which was released in 1999.
The vast majority of this album are songs by Aimee Mann.
For a long time this was the only place to find several excellent songs by Aimee (such ‘Wise Up’), which did not appear on any of her own studio albums up to that point.
I did watch the movie ‘Magnolia’ once and I remember thinking that it was terrible! Maybe I should watch it again?

Beautiful track. Her voice & acoustic guitar playing are fantastic as is the strings arrangement. Given the subject I probably should have posted it on #Caturday but I was in the mood for it now ;)
