#Azerbeijan president Aliyev declared the country has "no territorial claims" against #Armenia whose president Pashninyan officially recognized Karabakh part of Azerbaijan. They also discussed peace agreement. This would effectively end a conflict that was bubbling since 1990's and allowed #Russia to keep a significant military presence in Armenia and Azerbaijan "peacekeepers".
The Caucasus is an amazing region - the scenery is amazing, the differing histories are fascinating, and the wine is very drinkable!
