Okay we’re at Truist Field in #Charlotte watching the Knights #MiLB game against the Tides of Norfolk and I’m seeing for the first time batters being able to challenge balls and strikes. My guess is that this is coming to #MLB ?
Seeing two calls challenged in the first half inning alone (one successfully, one not) it feels . . . well, it feels like something we’ll have to get used to.

For me, the wife and I are going to a special Winston Salem Dash baseball game tonight. It's our first one. They are the A team for the Chicago White Sox. Hoping to have a great time tonight.
Not much else planned outside of work stuff for a bit today and the weekend we don't have anything planned as of yet.
I like Andy #Pettitte a lot, but what is the thought as to what he can do to turn around the pitching rotation? He's going to show up in the #Yankees bullpen and whisper something to Rodon that turns him around? He's going to teach them some secret pitch that he was actually using the entire time?
He had seasons of brilliance, but his 162 game avg. WAR is lower than Cole and just a tick above Cortes and Severino. What am I missing?
Well, the @SFGiants went from blowing out the Padres 9-1 to squeaking by with a 9-6 win after the bullpen imploded. Let’s not do this all year, torture magnets. #baseball 🤨
#baseball friends — offense is still down despite the pitch clock and limiting pickoffs and banning the shift. League OBP is almost down to .310 with an endless parade of strikeouts as players struggle to make contact with pitches due to velocity and movement. Run scoring is the lowest it’s been in 10 years.
Still more strikeouts than singles — BORING. Stealing bases becoming ridiculously easy — BORING.
