J’ai 3 passions (non) :

  1. retirer la roue arrière de mon pour installer une bande anti-crevaison et mettre un nouveau pneu EXO,
  2. recommencer car j’ai pas mis le pneu dans le bon sens,
  3. recommencer une troisième fois ayant remarqué que le pneu arrière était à plat (j’ai dû le pincer en remballant), une fois que j’ai installé sur la roue avant la bande anti-crevaison et mis l’autre nouveau pneu EXO.

Le après / avant : pneu arrière neuf maxxis 29 pouces en 2.40 installé sur le vélo retourné. Je tiens à côté le pneu d’origine tout usé et poussiéreux, un Arisun mount cronos 29 pouces en 2.35.
Chambre à air patchée presque sur la face interne. L’ensemble chambre et tige de pompe est posé sur ma table en bois. On voit le reste de la pompe, ma boîte à rustines autocollantes, l’emballage des bandes anti-crevaison, des demonte-pneus, l’axe de ma roue arrière, et les emballages des nouveaux pneus.
Après plus de trois heures d’atelier changement de pneus, le vélo est posé sur ses roues et adossé au mur dans le couloir de l’entrée.

“rocher saint barthélemy”, a massive red rock bluff, in the penumbra. Vegetation around it and further down the slithering road next to the train tracks. The sea side is all red rocks.

At the beach where long waves made a lot of white surf on the dark yellow sand. The sea is dark green and blue. It’s dusk and the yellowing sky on the horizon is above the black silhouette of the Esterel mountains where I was earlier.

😱 I stopped jogging weekly at the end of December.

Lo and behold, starting January my resting heart rate went up from 53 beats per minute to 60. sigh

Back from night jogging, I’m drenched. All was silent outside before I headed out, so I hadn’t realized it was raining but it was drizzling (usually when it rains here in the south, it pours and you can’t not hear it!) and then the rain picked up.
So maybe I record part of the workout as and part as swimming 🤓
Attached is a pretty picture of clouds and some glow that gave a cozy mood.

Je suis rentrée cette nuit du séjour dans

On a eu de la pluie 4 jours sur 6. J’ai casé une session de jogging + crochet rando rivière de 7 et 5 km, un tour à vélo de 20 km avorté pour cause de pluie et grêle (mes chaussures trempées ont mis 4 jours à sécher), une rando de 14 km suivie d’un jogging en descente de 5 km, un tour de vélo route de 50 km avec juste un peu de pluie, et une marche de 5 et le retour en courant.

Et j’ai l’impression d’avoir pas assez profité !
