Released in 1997, 'Smack My Bitch Up' by The Prodigy, from 'The Fat of the Land', sparked debate. Its video was banned for explicit content, yet the track remains a defining big beat anthem, showcasing the band's innovative sound.
Released on 23 December 1991, "Everybody in the Place" is the second official single by The Prodigy from their debut album, Experience (1992). The track, issued through XL Recordings in the UK, showcases the "Fairground Remix" version.
This little ditty has been stuck in my brain for a few days now, but I didn't quite get the message until today, when my area is once again under an air quality alert due to upwind wildfires. (My subconscious can be very sardonic.)

The Prodigy loved to provoke & break the rules. Banned from basically everywhere this (tougher to find now) music vid caused a huge stir when it was released.
A lot of fairly predictable types of people lined up to say this video marked the end of society.
