Die absolute Unfähigkeit*, vor allem deutscher Köche, irgendetwas #veganes zu kochen, was nicht Langeweile pur ist und/oder wie LKW-Reifen schmeckt, ist fast schon beeindruckend.
Just made a sort of combo stir-fry/stew that will serve for multiple meals. This is another of those recipes that I improvise from what I have on hand.
@Leisureguy i bought these because I have been lazy to get chia and flax into my diet. I totally need to do this asap too because I have completely slacked on taking them and they are so important for #vegan heart health...

Mein absolutes Highlight in diesem Zusammenhang ist Mario Pulker, der als gelernter Koch und Gastronom natürlich nicht wissen kann, dass Seitan kein Pilz, sondern schlicht und ergreifend Weizeneiweiß ist und dementsprechend auch nicht um die halbe Welt geflogen werden muss.
Wie dermaßen peinlich kann man sich eigentlich ins Aus kegeln? 😂😂😂
You will never convince me that American cheese is anything resembling cheese. In the #vegan life style I never have to worry about someone telling me that they have American cheese on my veggie burger. I do not understand this ubsession with the bland, sticky crap that's American cheese.
We are normally a milk-free household (no cow’s milk in the house), but when we have guests my other half always buys cow’s milk so they can have what they’re used to. I’ve always been against this - why should we give up our morals for other people?
Well, a few weeks ago we had unexpected guests and I made them Oat Milk Cappuccinos. They really enjoyed the taste and it made their stomachs feel better - they are now full converts and no longer have cow’s milk 💪

I don't even tell people beforehand they are getting Oatley Barista in their cappuccino etc. They just get fluffy coffee. And like it. I sometimes tell them after, if it's right. #Vegan
I also made some #vegan mayo while I’m on holiday (couldn’t buy it in France) and made potato salad - didn’t tell anyone it was vegan until after they all finished saying how delicious it was 😆

Baked a #cake the other day! Double layer lemon cake with lemon frosting! I found this recipe years ago and lost it after one use, but then out of the blue I remembered the exact Google search term I used and found it again!!!
Best cake I've ever baked made even better with a dollop of cherry preserves on top ❤️🍰
