I'm pretty sure that #fitbit did not handle the DST switch last night correctly (the sleep should be an hour longer then it shows), and at this point, that's just gross negligence.
I wish there was a tracking band that was superior to this show, but unfortunately #withings focuses on health and #garmin on those horribly large heavy duty watches.
Hrm. So this fancy scale measures pulse wave velocity, supposedly a good proxy for cardiovascular health.
And PWV now has been rising considerably over the last 2 or 3 months, with no change in diet or exercise regime (or resting HR, or blood pressure, etc).
Is this cause for concern or not? Who knows!
I love it when health metrics worsen in non-actionable ways.
