Research shows that glasses that have a filter for blue light to protect you from light emitted from computer screens do not help your eyes.

An optometrist encouraged me to pay more for glasses that provide protection from blue light about 5 years ago. When I got them I complained that they made things look yellow. The optometrist said I would get used to them and would not notice.

I got used to them. I ended up telling a graphic designer who I was working with that her designs had too much brown in them. It was the glasses. I apologised and spent a lot of money replacing the lenses.
