We have a finish! #BeautifulHeart#PrayerCloths. Front Panels are #CrossStitched, project finished with #CrossQuilting, which makes #CrossStitch projects double-sided & more durable for frequent handling & use. Also has the added benefit of hiding the back of your Cross Stitch! 😄
I may tweak the purples & reds a little more at a later date before I release the pattern, but I thought I'd share & see what you all thought. 🙂
When should northern hemisphere ladybirds be emerging out of hibernation? Now?
A couple that were hiding in crevices in my home office have apparently woken up. I don't want to let them out if it's too cold for them - but equally I don't think there are any aphids for them to eat in here.
TIL Brits refer to #ladybugs as "#ladybirds". Lolwhy? They're clearly not #birds. This is just the latest chapter of my #amusement with the quirky names the #British use for otherwise innocuous things.
