Taking lines from H. P. Lovecraft’s Fungi from Yuggoth sequence, I put them through The Interactive Haiku Generator. I then took the mangled results, and macheted them into a variety of haiku forms (See 65 Haiku Rules).

@Gargron My first time in NYC I was fascinated with the steaming sewers. I never heard an explanation for why they do that. I’ve been in many other cities in the US and Europe and never seen that.
@Gargron all those closed ticket windows below lettering telling travellers to use machines instead. Guess they have to keep the wickets there due to the historical nature of the building.
