Scratch by Sue Millard is a Cumbrian family drama of racehorses and fell ponies, of home and hearth.
After borrowing heavily to buy a neglected farm in Cumbria. Siân and Madoc are land-rich now, but short of cash and indebted to the bank and their family.
Twilight: Crusader Kings, nerdy monarch hours
Pinkie Pie: Fortnite, or whatever is popular at the period. She's in it for the social interaction
Rainbow Dash: Forza Horizon. Car go fast.
Fluttershy: Any cozy sim. Aminal Crossing works. But also Stardew Valley and such.
Applejack: Backgammon (Applejack doesn't trust computers)
Rarity: Plays soulsborne games just to wear the pretty costumes. Is terrifyingly skilled at them because she doesn't CARE what the stats are, she is wearing that dress!
Starlight: Red Alert 3. She is going to the one place that has not been corrupted by capitalism. SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSPACE
Trixie: Magic - The Gathering. THE GREAT and POWERFUL Trixie — Is homeless and has no electricity in her trailer. But she enjoys the cards and the pretty art.
Sunburst: Pentiment. Just this incredibly brainy and grounded historical narrative game.
Tempest Shadow: Devil May Cry. She is the storm that is APPROACHING, PROVOKING black clouds in isolation!
Celestia: Okami. It's about her!
Luna: Hearts of Iron IV. No, this is not a joke about our Luna. I just think Luna would enjoy LARPing as a dictator
Cadance: The Sims. Gal keeps charts of all the relationship drama in her The Sims neighborhoods.
Applebloom: Dwarf Fortress. She's the brains of the trio!
Sweetie Belle: Guitar Hero. Rock Band. Moosic games!
Scootaloo: Tony Hawk's Pro Skater. It's totally rad!
Following a recommendation from @Edent the wife and I finished Mrs. Davis last night. It's certainly the most inventive show I've watched this year combining #ai, #faith, #parenting with friendship and #ponies. There is even random Shohreh Aghdashloo which is always a bonus. Well worth the watch if that intrigues you.
Meet my new friends. Ponies, donkeys and cows are permitted to graze freely across the New Forest in Hampshire in England. They’re a friendly lot but cars don’t impress them. #Hampshire#NewForest#Ponies#dwprovincialbritain
Comic by Lightning Bolty of their slim, beautiful alicorn digesting an entire city without gaining even the tiniest smidge of weight. Their metabolism is so fierce, the whole city is just gone~
One of my favorite art pieces. Thin predators, especially pony predators, deserve more love. 🧡
@Zeepheru That looks super clean and detailed for an unfinished sketch! Angry Pipp is adorable and so is Zipp's little sigh in the corner. Love these two!
I go in and out of fandoms constantly, is it ADHD? is it something else? I DUNNO, but generally I stick to MLP, Furries and Resident Evil, so if you like any of those things maybe we could be buds!
anyways, im very awkward and really dunno how this works 🥴
Sometimes you just need to lay down for a little bit. A pillow under your head and a favorite plushie under your arm for a few helps recharge your batteries.
I still need to go out and get Rx's at the drugstore today but i need a horizontal moment or two beforehand. It's nap o'clock.
Some people might think i'm weird for still liking plushies but truth is, they have helped a lot with anxiety and depression at times. They also help me sleep better.
I have a bunch of different kinds, several types of animals and they are all great but i'm huge fan of plush horses. I collect Wells Fargo ponies and they seem to have the strongest sleep magic. I now own 7 but this older mobile pic is of 5 of them.
I can't stay awake if i hold one and close my eyes.
@Takiro I love this drawing! Twilight is so into it and the way Nyaaa is snuggled up in her wing is just too precious. I can feel the soft warmth of that big, beautiful alicorn wing. 💜
If I was introducing Twi to video games, I'd try Mario Kart to bring out her competitive side or OpenTTD for her inner master strategist.
All the detail in the props and background is awesome too - the books, snacks, stickers, everything!
BTW: lovely alt text. Thanks for taking the time to write that all up, too.
