I've only done two searches so far and it was good on those; we'll see how I like it after a month or so.
#today is a pretty busy one. I'm doing some merchandise drawovers and have an afternoon full of meetings. Going to try to get in some euphonium practice and a walk also.
#today has been a day for wrapping up the to-do list and trying to relax. Got some good walks and nature in too. Finishing it up with a delicious meal in front of a tiny #beltane fire then a film with my darling hubby.
#Today i should be in Philadelphia for a day job conference that is business-critical to my role. However, echelons far beyond my department decided that slashing the budget with a scythe instead of a scalpel was the order of the day and so I'm here in the office, feeling miserable that I'm missing presentations that would give me information to dramatically improve my program.
I know this is a first-world problem, and I know that business travel isn't "fun." But this was important for my growth and development. My morale is somewhere around my ankles. 😞

GBB’s weekend always a spirited and lively time with 4 long time friends. Last nights crazy fun time concluded at 1am with some silly game playing and reminiscing. I’m poking my head in here while they are viewing a movie. We still have another night.

#today was spent fixing plants, doing a bit of house cleaning, and fiddling around with computer desktop themes and layout.
Yesterday was spent putting a new disk into my virtualised server and moving OS images onto it, fixing snapshots (mostly) and backups in the process. I also went out and got my hair cut, and stressed over holiday plans.
Well...just got back from the lunch in GH and had a lot of fun, laughs, and beer...and I even put the top down on the car on the way back...it was nice and sunny in GH but it clouded over half way back here and it got pretty cold....my ears are still feeling it with the temp only 43 here...now it's time for the Indy car race and couch... #today
#Today I made a quick little cover bag for a magic bag warmer. This is for my mother in law, her old one got some burn holes in it from a 'too hot' microwave, and it was thread bare from years of use.
She gave me some fabric to use and it was just enough to get a 10x12 inch bag.
But yeah there it is, a fun little project that took an hour or so. Nice and relaxing, just what I needed today
