I'm reaching out to the mastodon #hamradio community to find out if there's anyone in the Houston, Texas area that will be holding an exam session. I tried the Facebook route but that failed miserably and I don't trust the #ARRL exam session listings. Are their any volunteer examiners in the Houston area that can help steer me in the right direction outside of MeetUp and Facebook. :)
I did both my Tech and General exams remotely through the Anchorage ARC VEC last year and had a great experience both times. Really friendly and supportive crowd.

If you use #firefox, and I really think you should consider using #firefox over #chrome or #msedge, there are a few #extensions

You can force your social media into a single account and reduce your tracking footprint. Default containers for sites will force open a site in a specific container.
Cookie Quick Manager give you full control of your cookies and it functions seamlessly with Multi-Account containers.
Tree Style Tab is the grouping extension that puts Google and MSEdge side tab and tab grouping behavior to shame. Unfortunately it doesn't eliminate the tabs up top but if you are willing to forgive it for that one visual weakness it's a fantastic way to organize your daily life.
Honorable Mention:
SingleFile will save an entire page with all its images and layout to a single HTML file. Forget "saving to pocket" when you can have a file, you can then apply your own search preferences to that file.
I'm tickled every time someone posts an article from The Washington Post because I'm not going to give away my details to their site for even more spam, market research, etc, etc. I'm not paying them either. So many subscriptions in this life.
Something must be up with #microsoft365 because teams is sluggish and I can't get into my admin portal so I can't get service updates. Anyone have further details?
For people doing #osint, do you regularly use a vpn connection for accessing target websites or accounts? What about virtual machines or other kinds of isolation?
