You know you play too much when...

You're driving through town IRL.

You take notice of the rig behind you at a stop light.

You notice it's a Peterbuilt brand truck because you've started to learn to identify brand logos.

You begin to compare the RL truck's aesthetics with the Kenworth brand truck you've designed in the game.

So, I was "bad" tonight and donated to the Jingle Jam charity for the gaming bundle.

However, I laughed, because one of the things you got was a free "spin the wheel" prize from Fanatical. Which could have been just about anything, but I ended up with a "Free Game."

Free random game.

Absolutely, 100% random free game.

It could have been anything, but I get... Turnip Boy!

Went to my Mom's house today to help with some decorations, came back with this!

A receiver and dual deck - everyone in my family had their own (including me) back when I was in high school (date this back to the 1990s). I think the receiver was my Mom's and the deck was my sister's.

Had to order new speaker wire and speakers, but excited to see if these will still work for playing my cassettes.

#Nanowrimo Update!

Current Word Count: 5398

I'm over 2000 words ahead of schedule so far, but I know how easy it is to start to fall behind if I don't keep up with my 1667 each day.

I'm still excited and nervous, but hopeful that I can get this done. I can't wait to talk to my therapist on Friday and tell him everything I've done. He'll be so proud. 😆

@casualcatte Yeah, I doubt it'll ever be my main MMO seeing that FFXIV always takes that spot. If Palia requires that much of a time sink to make comfortable progress, maybe I should let it go.

Do you see anything that has really WOWED you to need to play it going forward? Or is it just something nice to play to you?
